The company is performing the business of refining of edible oil and trading in edible oils. Our unit is Located at Bhubaneswar, District of KHORDA in the eastern business hub of INDIA. We are Advantageously Located at India’s best growing belt, i.e., SMART CITY No 1 region in Odisha, which is also geographically & transport wise very good connectivity with all the eastern state capitals of INDIA.
Our initial venture was Ethics Marketing (P) Ltd & Ethics Assets (P) Ltd. We were in to business of REAL ESTATE, MANUFACTURING, HOSPITALITY & now we are in to FOOD PROCESSING unit. We are already established for over more than 15 years before and built on the strength of a strong, highly experienced management team prioritizing quality INFRASTRUCTURE for all our customers which are borne out by our successes in securing repeat businesses and establishing long standing relationships.

Market Opportunities
The importance of edible refined oils has been appreciated and ambitious plan has been chalked out to increase production of edible refined vegetable oils, including soya bean oil by the Government of India in the previous five year Plan. The demand for refined vegetable oils has increased in the consumer market, with growing poplulation , increase in the disposable income and overall trend of consumerism, demand for edible oilseeds is shooting up year after year. The country still imports large quantities of crude edible oil. The domestic production has gone up during last few years but there still exhist a gap between demand and supply which results in large imports. Thus a new vegetable edible refinery has got good potential.
